You do not have to login to start a ticket. 


However if you want to see updates on your ticket or access FAQ articles we have to authenticate you. 

You can login using your Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail account. 


We do not see the passwords, it just slows down would be bad agents who do not want to be identified. 

Especially if you have forgot your password, this is one way to prove you are who you say you are.
