Remote Desktop instructions for Windows:
Click on the Start Button (Windows logo in lower left).
Type "remote desktop connection" in the search field (white box in start menu).
Remote Desktop Connection should be listed. Click on it to start the program.
The computer name you want to connect to is:
198.30.183.19:58121
press “Connect”
A new window should open up, prompting you for a username and password. Enter your HUC username as:
huc\username
OR
your HUC Email address
and then enter your password. Click OK or press Enter (don't save password, the function is not allowed for our server).
You may be prompted for a certificate. Accept the certificate and continue.
Remote Desktop instructions for Mac:
NOTE: The version of Microsoft Remote Desktop in the Apple App Store has changed somewhat. The general instructions still apply, but the exact process will vary.
