Check Canvas Service Status

Before opening a ticket:


  1.     Visit the Canvas status page: https://status.instructure.com
  2.     Check for:
  •         Login outages
  •         Performance issues
  •         Assignment submission problems
  •         Service interruptions


        3.     If Canvas reports an outage, local troubleshooting may not resolve the issue until service is restored.
